Oman #2354

Oman (2354) is a dry back luxury vinyl plank that glues directly to the subfloor, part of PermaLuxe's Seaside Nature collection. Condo owners should note the IIC 62 and STC 68 sound ratings, which matter when a building has rules about noise between floors. At 3 mm thick, Oman adds very little height where it meets existing floors and doorways. The 187 mm by 1227 mm planks have a 4-sided micro bevel, a registered embossed texture and a matte gloss level. A 0.55 mm wear layer and UV-cured polyurethane top with ceramic bead technology back up its general commercial use rating. It carries FloorScore, E1 and BLC certifications and is phthalate free. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Oman across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
