There are three ways to fix Sevilla SB down: nail it to a wood subfloor, glue it to concrete, or float it. That flexibility comes from the engineered build, an oak face laminated to a basswood filleted core and backer, and it is also why the floor is cleared for radiant heat systems. The oak can be North American White or Red Oak or European White Oak, and the SB grade is milled 7.8″ and 9.8″ wide. PurFlex UV Oil coats the surface.
