Product Specifications
Shell is a 12 mm laminate plank from the Regal Collection by Impressive Floors. The board is built on an HDF core and graded AC5, a commercial-grade wear rating, which is why the same product is approved for residential and commercial use. Planks are roughly 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, or 1515 mm, with painted bevels on the groove and a waxed EIR surface at medium gloss. An engineered locking system joins the boards, so the floor interlocks and floats rather than being fastened down. It can go over plywood or concrete on any level of the building. Structural warranty is 35 years residential and 3 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Shell across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
