Smoked Oak DW1909 Timeless By Grandeur Flooring

Smoked Oak, style DW1909, is part of the Timeless collection from Grandeur Flooring and comes in natural and blonde colours. It is luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in plank form: 7″ wide, 48″ long and 5.0mm thick. A 0.5mm wear layer, also listed as 20 mil, protects the surface in rooms with regular foot traffic. The installation method is glue-down, which suits spaces with heavy furniture or rolling office chairs. Grandeur rates the floor for on, above and below grade use, so a basement office or a main floor den both work. Coverage is 23.35 sq ft per box, and the limited warranty runs 15 yr residential and 10 yr commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Smoked Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
