Timeless

This Grandeur Flooring line is a wood-look glue-down vinyl plank. Every piece is 7" x 48" and 5.0 mm thick, with a 0.5 mm / 20 mil wear layer on top.

Being glued, the floor is bonded to the subfloor rather than floating. That is useful in rooms with heavy islands or pianos, and in long open areas where a floating floor would need transition strips. At 5.0 mm it has a bit more body than thinner glue-down vinyl, which helps hide minor subfloor texture, though proper levelling is still part of the job. It is vinyl, so it copes with spills and basement humidity, and it is rated for any grade level. Boxes cover 23.35 sq ft. Coverage under the limited warranty runs 15 years in homes and 10 in commercial settings.

The 11 colours are Haze, French Oak, Hazelnut, Northern Oak, Appalachian Mountains, Weathered Oak, Smoked Oak, Acacia, Exotic Walnut, Cloudy Sky and Barn Board. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Timeless across Toronto and the GTA.
