Weathered Oak DRT4-2 Timeless By Grandeur Flooring

Weathered Oak (DRT4-2) is a glue-down LVT in Grandeur Flooring's Timeless collection, with taupe and brown listed as its colours. Plank size is 7″ x 48″, thickness is 5.0mm, and the wear layer is 0.5mm / 20 mil, which gives a busy entry, mudroom or family room a hard-wearing surface. Grandeur approves it on, above or below grade. Since the planks are glued, we start by checking the subfloor for flatness and cleaning it, then spread adhesive and roll the floor so each plank bonds fully. Warranty cover is 15 years residential and 10 years commercial. Plan on 23.35 sq ft per box, at 43 lbs a carton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Weathered Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
