Swiss Flexfit By Richmond Flooring

Swiss is a medium beige and brown wood-look vinyl plank in Richmond Flooring's Flexfit range. Being waterproof LVT, it handles spills in kitchens and damp basements without swelling. The surface is protected by a 0.5mm wear layer, a UV top coating and an antimicrobial coating, with a low gloss finish. Swiss can be installed loose lay or glued, and it is approved over water-based radiant heat. For multi-storey homes and condos, the sheet lists an STC rating of 62, an IIC rating of 52 and a Delta IIC of 17. Each carton holds 23.36 SF, with 50 cartons to a pallet for larger jobs. Coverage runs lifetime residential and 15 year commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Swiss across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
