Flexfit

Flexfit is Richmond Flooring's loose lay vinyl plank, meaning it can lie flat on the subfloor under its own weight or be glued down for extra hold. Each plank is 5 mm thick and 7" x 48", with a 0.5 mm wear layer, UV top coating and an antimicrobial coating on the surface.

Loose lay is handy where a floor may need to come up later, such as a basement or a rental unit, while gluing makes more sense in larger or high-traffic rooms. Flexfit is approved for water-based radiant heat. Richmond lists it for residential and commercial use, with a Lifetime Residential, 15 Year Commercial warranty. Edges carry a four-sided micro bevel, and a carton covers 23.36 sq ft.

There are nine colours: Ancient Cliffs, Ancient Ravine, Brecon, Moher, Peak, Rocky, Sunter Cliff, Swiss and Trango. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Flexfit across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
