Rocky Flexfit By Richmond Flooring

Rocky pairs taupe and grey in a medium shade, and it comes from the Flexfit line by Richmond Flooring. This luxury vinyl plank is waterproof and carries FloorScore and Greenguard Gold certifications, so it works well in bedrooms and family rooms as well as wet areas like laundry rooms. The planks are 7" wide, 48" long and 5mm thick, with a micro bevel on all four edges. Installation is loose lay or glue down, which calls for a flat, clean subfloor, and water-based radiant heat is approved underneath. Its IIC rating of 52 and Delta IIC of 17 help cut footfall noise for the unit below. Warranty is lifetime residential and 15 year commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rocky across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
