Brecon Flexfit By Richmond Flooring

Brecon is the beige colourway in the Flexfit collection from Richmond Flooring, a 5 mm luxury vinyl plank with a wood visual and a low gloss finish. It is waterproof, approved over water-based radiant heat and rated Best for performance, with a lifetime residential and 15 year commercial warranty behind it. The sound ratings are STC 62, IIC 52 and Delta IIC 17. Each plank measures 177.8 mm by 1219.2 mm at 5 mm thick, with micro bevels on four sides and medium colour variation, so no two boards look identical. Brecon is a loose lay floor that is glued down, and we check the subfloor for flatness first. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Brecon across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
