About the collection
Original Timeless by Richmond Vinyl Flooring
Wide 9" x 60" planks with a 5.5 mm plus 1 mm build give this line more heft than Original Classic, and the edges switch to a four sided micro bevel. The wear layer is 0.55 mm under a TruMatte finish with antimicrobial coating, and the warranty is lifetime for homes, 15 years for commercial.
Installation is click floating with an angle/tap joint. Floating means the floor rests on the subfloor rather than being bonded to it, which keeps the job clean and lets a room go back into use sooner. Embedded radiant heat is approved, and Richmond lists the planks for residential and commercial use. A wide, low-sheen board like this suits open living and dining areas, basements and bedrooms.
Five colours make up the line: Cream Fleece, Desert Sand, Maple Pecan, Shale Rock and Valley Forge. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Original Timeless across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
