Tawny Birch Everlife Glenridge By MSI

Tawny Birch brings a brown birch look to MSI's Everlife Glenridge collection. It is a wood-style dryback LVT: no attached pad, no locking edge, just a 2 MM plank that we glue down across the whole floor. Glue-down vinyl suits kitchens, rental units and light commercial rooms where the floor takes steady foot traffic, and the 12 MIL wear layer is there to take those scuffs. Plank size is 6″ × 48″ with a standard bevel. The product holds NSF Certified, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore listings, plus USGBC LEED certification. It can be installed over radiant heating in line with the instructions. MSI backs it with a 25-year limited residential warranty and a 6-year limited light commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Tawny Birch across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
