Universe SPC 817 By Simba Flooring

Universe SPC 817 belongs to the Universe collection from Simba Flooring. Start with the core: SPC is a stone-plastic composite, rigid and waterproof, which is what lets this kind of floor go into a kitchen, a bathroom or a below-grade rec room. The plank is 5 mm thick and measures 1220 mm x 180 mm. A 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment is factory attached, so the installation does not need a roll of underlay and the floor sounds less hollow. The top is finished with a 0.3 mm wear layer over an embossed grain. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Universe SPC 817 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
