Valence Engineered Oak By Simba Flooring

Valence is an engineered oak plank from Simba Flooring measuring 1900 mm in length and 190 mm across, finished at 12 mm thick. A 1.2 mm oak wear layer sits on top, which is enough for a screen and recoat over the years but not for heavy sanding, so it suits bedrooms, living rooms and other spaces that are not taking constant abuse. Simba wire brushes the face and coats it with a UV lacquer, cured at the factory into a sealed surface. Engineered boards can be glued straight to a slab, which is often the practical answer in a condo. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Valence across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
