Richmond Flooring lists Lancaster as a brown white oak in the Summit line, at a medium shade that brings warmth without going dark. Every board carries a low gloss UV finish over a wire brushed surface, and the edges take a micro bevel on all four sides, so each plank reads separately once the floor is down. Construction is multi-ply engineered wood, 3/4" thick and 6" wide, graded Select/ABC. A carton covers 18.65 square feet and a pallet holds 48 cartons, which matters when you are ordering for a whole main floor. Certified to CARB 2, FloorScore, Lacey and PEFC, and approved for residential and light commercial use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lancaster across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
