Product Specifications
The Summit range from Richmond Flooring covers white oak in several colours, and Troubadour is the brown one, listed at a medium shade. It is engineered rather than solid: a multi-ply core under a white oak wear surface that has been wire brushed and coated in low gloss UV. Boards measure 3/4" by 6" in random lengths, and each is bevelled on four sides. Because the locking system is tongue and groove, we can float, glue or staple it, and the floor is rated to sit over radiant heat when the instructions are followed. Grading is Select/ABC, with a 25 year residential and 5 year light commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Troubadour across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
