Installation price
Tile installation is $13.50 per square foot, with the setting materials priced on top. Taking up your old floor is included, and we can supply the tile too, or fit tile you have already bought. Tile size, layout pattern, floor preparation and the amount of cutting all affect the final figure, so we measure first and give you a written quote. We’re happy to install tile you’ve sourced yourself, as long as we approve the material first. We won’t install low-grade flooring that won’t hold up, because our name goes on the finished floor.
