1422 Seymour Gradview By Goodfellow Flooring

Seymour is a dryback vinyl plank from Goodfellow's Grandview collection. Dryback means the plank has no click edge; it is glued down to the subfloor, which gives a solid floor that will not drift under heavy furniture. Each plank is 3 mm thick and 9” × 48”, a wide format that suits open living areas. A 0.5 mm (20 mil) wear layer protects the textured surface from everyday scratches. The edges are square, so the planks butt together with tight, clean lines. Seymour is approved for all levels of the home, including basements. A box covers 38.97 sq. ft., and there are 56 boxes to a pallet for larger projects. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Seymour across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
