1429 Beverly Grandview By Goodfellow Flooring

For a low-profile floor that stays put, Beverly from Goodfellow's Grandview collection is a dryback vinyl plank glued directly to the subfloor. It measures 3 mm thick in a 9” × 48” format with square edges. The textured finish sits under a 20 mil wear layer, so it handles foot traffic in entryways, kitchens and rental units. Since there is no click joint, the planks rely on the adhesive and a well prepared, level base, which our installers take care of before laying the floor. Beverly is rated for all installation levels, from the basement up to the top floor. Plan on 38.97 sq. ft. per box when ordering, and 2,182.32 sq. ft. per pallet for bigger jobs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Beverly across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
