1423 Mayfair Grandview By Goodfellow Flooring

Mayfair, from the Grandview collection by Goodfellow Flooring, is a 3 mm dryback vinyl made for glue-down installation on any level of the home. Because a glued floor follows the surface below it, we check the subfloor and flatten any high or low spots before the adhesive goes down. The planks are 9” wide and 48” long with square edges and a textured finish. Its 20 mil wear layer is a sound choice for kitchens, hallways and family rooms that get daily use. Mayfair's thin profile also helps where it meets tile or carpet at a doorway. Coverage is 38.97 sq. ft. per box, with 2182.32 sq. ft. on a full pallet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Mayfair across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
