Rice Lake Designer By Grandeur Flooring

Rice Lake is a compact 5” x 24” SPC plank from Grandeur's Designer collection, available in dark grey and light grey. Smaller planks like these suit bathrooms, powder rooms and hallways, where a long board can look out of scale. SPC means a rigid stone-composite core, and it is waterproof, so wet areas are a good match. The core is 5.5mm, and a 1.5mm EVA layer adds cushion for a total of 7.0mm. Rice Lake installs by drop-lock as a floating floor and is approved on, above or below grade. The 20 mil wear layer is also listed as 0.5mm. A box covers 6.73 sq ft, so order carefully by room size. Warranty: 15 yr residential, 10 yr commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rice Lake across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
