443 – Melfa Madrid By Home’s Pro

Melfa (443) is a waterproof laminate from the Madrid series, built at 12.0 mm and locked with Unilin click joints so the floor floats free of the subfloor. Floating means no adhesive, and it also means the floor can be taken up again if you move or change the layout. The face is embossed in register and the bevels are painted. With an AC4 rating, it is meant for heavier wear than an entry level laminate. Each box holds 8 planks, 7.68″ wide and 48″ long, and covers 20.4 sq. ft. STC 60 and IIC 61 round out the ratings. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Melfa across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
