445 – Rozel Madrid By Home’s Pro

Rozel carries number 445 in the Madrid series from Home's Pro. It is a 12.0 mm waterproof laminate with an embossed in register surface, meaning the texture is pressed to match the pattern it sits on rather than running as a generic grain. Planks measure 7.68″ by 48″ and drop into place with a Unilin click, no glue or nails involved. The AC4 class covers demanding household use, and STC 60 with IIC 61 tell you something about how the floor handles noise between storeys. Boxes contain 8 planks and cover 20.4 sq. ft., so working out quantities is straightforward. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rozel across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
