Product Specifications
Wheatberry from Vidar Flooring brings American white oak to wide 9 inch boards. It is engineered hardwood: a layer of real oak veneer, offered in 3mm or 4mm, sits over a core that helps the plank stay flat through Toronto's dry winters and humid summers. If you plan to refinish one day, the thicker 4mm option leaves more wood to sand. The surface is wirebrushed, giving it a textured feel underfoot and making light wear harder to spot in hallways and family rooms. Choose character grade if you like more natural markings, or the cleaner select and select & better grades. Boards are 9/16 inch thick. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Wheatberry across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
