American White Oak 9'' Collection

This line pairs a broad American White Oak face with a slim 9/16 inch board, so the floor sits lower than a full-thickness hardwood. Five of the six colours are listed at 9 inches wide; the Daybreak listing shows 7 1/2 inch, so confirm that one with us before ordering.

The veneer thickness is listed as 3 mm or 4 mm, and more real wood on top generally leaves more room for a future sand and refinish. Every board is wirebrushed, giving a textured, lived-in surface that hides fine scratches from pets. Grades vary by colour, with most offered in Character, Select and Select and Better and Urban Grey listed in Select only. Wide boards like these show off long runs of grain in living rooms and open main floors, and the engineered build stays steadier than a solid plank of the same width.

Colours are Wheatberry, Silver Stone, Naked Oak, Macaroon, Urban Grey and Daybreak. 22FLOORING supplies and installs American White Oak 9” Collection across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
