Beige Sahara Collection Laminate By Impressive Floors

Beige is one of the Sahara collection laminates from Impressive Floors, built on a 12 mm HDF core. The surface is waxed and embossed in register, with a painted bevel in the groove, so joints stay defined and the texture follows the grain. Its AC5 grade is rated for both residential and commercial floors, which is a high bar for a home. Planks run about 7″ wide and 60″ (1515 mm) long and join with an interlocking system, no glue and no nails. Impressive Floors approves them over plywood or concrete and on any level of the building. The structural warranty is 35 years residential and 3 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Beige across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
