Seed Sahara Collection Laminate By Impressive Floors

Seed is a laminate plank from the Sahara collection by Impressive Floors, sized at roughly 7″ wide and 1515 mm (60″) long. Its edge profile is an engineered locking system, so the boards interlock and the floor floats; that also means we can work over an existing concrete slab or a plywood subfloor without adhesive. The surface is waxed EIR, medium gloss, with painted bevels at the grooves. An AC5 grade puts it in commercial territory for wear resistance, and the 12 mm HDF core gives the plank enough body to feel solid underfoot. Any level of the home is fair game. Warranty cover is 35 years structural residential and 3 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Seed across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
