Product Specifications
Black Pearl is a 12mm laminate from Biyork's Riptide collection, sized at 7-1/2" x 48". A thick laminate plank like this tends to feel sturdier underfoot than thinner boards. The surface is rated AC4 and protected by an antibacterial coated system, so it copes with daily use in family rooms, home offices and kitchens. Water resistance is part of the design, though standing water should still be dried quickly. Each board has painted bevel edges and an overall embossed texture. Black Pearl uses the Valinge 5G click system, which means a floating installation with no glue or nails, and it carries FloorScore certification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Black Pearl across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
