Cashmere is a 5mm SPC plank in the HydroGen 5 collection from Biyork. For a first home or a condo update, it covers the essentials: a 100% waterproof structure, a 0.3mm wear layer, and a click system that floats without glue. Each plank is 7" wide and 48" long. Rated for on, above or below grade use and for radiant heat, Cashmere can cover a heated basement slab too. Open spaces up to 80ft x 80ft need no transition. Biyork's UnderTone underlayment is the suggested pairing for a softer, quieter feel. Cashmere is FloorScore certified, and wear coverage is 25 years for homes and 5 years for light commercial use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cashmere across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
