About the collection
HydroGen 5 by Biyork
HydroGen 5 is the slimmest of Biyork's HydroGen click lines, with 7" x 48" planks at 5mm overall. The SPC core is waterproof and stays stable through temperature swings from -30°C to +50°C, so it copes with a cool basement or a sunroom that heats up in summer. It is compatible with radiant heat and is indoor air quality certified.
The planks click together, and Biyork pairs them with its UnderTone underlayment for quieter footsteps. A room up to 80ft x 80ft can be done without a transition strip, which is handy on open-plan main floors, and installation is approved on, above or below grade. The 0.3mm wear layer comes with Biyork's 25-year residential wear warranty, plus 5 years for light commercial use, so it is well suited to bedrooms, basements and everyday family rooms.
The eight colours are Cashmere, Everest, Gold Coast, Liberty, Morning Splendour, Nickel, Overcast and Silk Palace. 22FLOORING supplies and installs HydroGen 5 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
