Everest is Biyork's HydroGen 5 SPC plank at 5mm overall thickness, with a 0.3mm wear layer and a 25-year residential wear warranty. Light commercial spaces get 5 years of coverage. The 7" x 48" planks click together and float, which keeps installation straightforward: no adhesive, no nails, and it works on, above or below grade. Being 100% waterproof, Everest is a good match for laundry rooms, mudrooms and finished basements. It can be installed over radiant heat, and Biyork says it stays stable in temperatures from -30°C to +50°C. One area can stretch to 80ft x 80ft before a transition is needed.
