Product Specifications
Chelsea Grey is character grade European oak from Biyork, made as a 3/4" engineered hardwood for the Nouveau 6 collection. What does that mean day to day? The top layer is genuine oak, wirebrushed so the grain has some texture, and knots are part of the look. The planks measure 6-1/2" across in random lengths, a width that works in a condo living room as well as a larger open plan. Biyork adds an anti-bacterial coating, and the floor is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. Grade level is no obstacle: it is rated for installs on, above or below grade, and radiant heat systems are compatible. Warranty coverage runs 30 years for residential use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Chelsea Grey across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
