Coastal Mix Everlife Glenridge By MSI

Coastal Mix is a dark grey, wood-style LVT in MSI's Everlife Glenridge series. What sets a dryback plank apart is how it is laid: the 6″ × 48″ pieces have no interlocking edges and are fixed to the subfloor with adhesive. That makes the job more about preparation than speed, because a 2 MM plank will show any bump or seam in the base, so we patch and flatten before gluing. A 12 MIL wear layer sits on top. Radiant heat is acceptable per the installation instructions. Coastal Mix carries a 25-year limited residential warranty with 6 years limited for light commercial, and it is certified by NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore, as well as USGBC LEED Certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Coastal Mix across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
