Bleached Elm Everlife Glenridge By MSI

Bleached Elm is a beige wood-style plank from MSI, part of the Everlife Glenridge collection. Start with the installation, since it shapes the whole job: it is a dryback LVT, glued to the subfloor, and the base must be smooth and flat for a 2 MM plank to sit right. In return you get a floor that is firmly bonded, low in height and well suited to rooms with heavy furniture. The planks are 6″ × 48″ with a 12 MIL wear layer and standard bevel. Radiant heat is supported per the instructions. Bleached Elm has NSF, FloorScore, Greenguard Gold and USGBC LEED certification, and its limited warranties cover 25 years residential and 6 years light commercial use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bleached Elm across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
