Saddle Oak Everlife Glenridge By MSI

Saddle Oak is a brown oak-style plank in MSI's Everlife Glenridge range, with a 25-year limited warranty for homes and a 6-year limited light commercial warranty. The dryback plank measures 2 MM, carries a 12 MIL wear layer and has no acoustic pad, and it is glued to the floor rather than clicked. Each piece is 6″ × 48″. A thin glue-down floor follows the shape of whatever is under it, so part of our job is preparing a flat, clean base before the first plank goes in. Once down, it is suitable for use with radiant heating per the installation instructions. Saddle Oak is Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and NSF certified, and also USGBC LEED Certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Saddle Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
