Jatoba Everlife Glenridge By MSI

Jatoba is a brown, wood-style LVT from MSI's Everlife Glenridge collection, made to be glued down. Dryback planks like this have no click profile, so installation means spreading adhesive over a prepared subfloor and pressing each 6″ × 48″ plank into place. At 2 MM, it adds very little height, which helps in renovations where door clearances are tight. The surface has a 12 MIL wear layer and a standard bevel, and there is no attached pad. Jatoba is approved over radiant heating when the installation instructions are followed. Environmental listings: Greenguard Gold, FloorScore, NSF and USGBC LEED. The warranty is 25-year limited for residential use and 6-year limited for light commercial use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Jatoba across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
