Cocoa TFSPC902 By Toucan

Cocoa is a waterproof SPC plank in the Toucan SPC9 range, code TFSPC902. It is built for busy households: the 20 mil wear layer resists scratches from pets and kids, and the stone-composite core is not bothered by spills. The planks click down with a drop lock joint and float over the subfloor, with no glue or nails. A 2 mm pad comes attached, which softens footsteps and saves adding underlay. Each board measures 59.85 x 7.09 x 0.4 in., and the embossed in register texture lines up with the printed grain. Warranty is 30 years for homes and 10 years for commercial spaces.
