Diversity #2120

Condo buildings often set sound rules, and Diversity (2120) from PermaLuxe's Varia collection lists IIC 62 and STC 68 ratings. It is a 3 mm luxury vinyl plank in virgin PVC with a wood design, a lightly embossed texture and a mat gloss level. There is no click joint. The dry back is glued straight to a flat, prepared subfloor, and the thin profile keeps the step small at doorways where it meets tile or carpet. Its general commercial use rating rests on a 0.55 mm wear layer topped with UV-cured polyurethane and ceramic bead technology. Planks measure 187 mm by 1227 mm. It is FloorScore, E1 and BLC certified and phthalates free. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Diversity across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
