Product Specifications
If you want a thick laminate for the main rooms of your home, Earth Trend (GC1036) from Golden Choice is worth a look. Part of the Laminate 1030's line, it comes in at 12.33 mm (0.485″), so it feels sturdier underfoot than thinner boards. Its metric size is 1219 × 165 mm, which works out to 48″ × 6.49″. With an AC3 wear rating, it suits bedrooms, living rooms and home offices with normal day-to-day foot traffic. The boards click together and float, so the floor sits on top of the subfloor instead of being fastened to it. For indoor air quality it carries FloorScore certification, along with CE, CARB II and EPA. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Earth Trend across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
