Grandeur Miami from the Sunshine Collection

Miami is an engineered white oak floor from Grandeur's Sunshine collection, in natural, blonde and beige. Its 4 mm white oak veneer is a generous layer of real wood, which leaves more material for a future sanding and refinish than a thin top layer would. The surface is smoked and brushed, a texture that makes fine scratches less noticeable. Boards are 6" wide and 3/4" thick in random lengths, a moderate width that suits bedrooms, dining rooms and smaller spaces. ABCD grading includes knots and natural variation. Miami is rated on, above or below grade. A box covers 18.41 square feet and weighs 44.5 lbs, with a 35 year limited residential warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Miami across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
