Lake Simcoe Essential By Grandeur Flooring

Lake Simcoe is a glue-down LVT plank from Grandeur's Essential collection in natural, blonde and beige colours. The format is 7” x 48” at 3.0mm, and a 20 mil wear layer (0.5mm) sits on top. Consider it for bedrooms, condo units and home offices, where a thin floor keeps transitions to other rooms low. Being glued in place, the planks do not move or click underfoot. Grandeur approves installation on, above or below grade. Adhesive installs depend on subfloor prep, so we check for flatness and fill any low areas first. A box of Lake Simcoe covers 35 sq ft and weighs 41 lbs, with warranty terms of 15 years residential and 10 commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lake Simcoe across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
