Flagstone Essential By Grandeur Flooring

Flagstone comes as square vinyl tiles, each 24” x 24” and 3.0mm thick, in light grey and white. It is part of Grandeur's Essential collection. Glue-down installation keeps a thin LVT tile anchored, so edges stay down in kitchens and entries where people walk the most. Protection comes from a wear layer of 0.5mm, or 20 mil. The tile is approved on, above or below grade, which covers condo units, main floors and basements alike. Before we lay any tile, we check the subfloor with a straightedge and fix low spots, since a 3.0mm floor shows what is underneath. Boxes hold 34.88 sq ft. Grandeur's warranty terms are 15 yr for homes and 10 yr for businesses. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Flagstone across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
