Kawartha Essential By Grandeur Flooring

Kawartha is a reddish and natural vinyl plank in the Essential line from Grandeur. It is built as 3.0mm LVT and measures 7” x 48”, with a 20 mil wear layer, also given as 0.5mm. Boxes are generous at 35 sq ft each, which keeps the number of cartons down on larger rooms. This is a glue-down floor, bonded to the subfloor for a firm step with no floating movement, a good match for rental suites and busy family homes. Approved installation covers on, above and below grade. Thin glued planks show subfloor flaws, so we fill and smooth before laying. Carton weight is 41 lbs. Grandeur's limited warranty runs 15 years residential and 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kawartha across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
