Touchstone Essential By Grandeur Flooring

Touchstone is the dark grey tile in Grandeur's Essential collection. Each piece is 24” x 24” and made of 3.0mm LVT, laid in adhesive for a fixed, stable floor. A darker square tile is practical in mudrooms and entries, where salt and dirt come in during winter. The 20 mil wear layer, listed as 0.5mm, handles that kind of traffic. Grandeur approves Touchstone for installation on, above or below grade. A glue-down tile is only as flat as the surface below it, so our installers level and clean the subfloor before starting. A box covers 34.88 sq ft. For warranty, Grandeur offers 15 years residential and 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Touchstone across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
