Georgian Bay Essential By Grandeur Flooring

Georgian Bay blends brown, reddish and natural colours on a 7” x 48” vinyl plank from the Essential collection by Grandeur. It is 3.0mm LVT with a 20 mil wear layer, which is fine for everyday living spaces and bedrooms. The planks are glued to the subfloor, giving a stable floor that stays flat in rooms with big furniture. Grandeur rates Georgian Bay for on, above or below grade, so basement suites are covered. Our installers level the subfloor first, because a 3.0mm plank follows every bump. Each box covers 35 sq ft, and the limited warranty is 15 years in residential settings and 10 years in commercial ones. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Georgian Bay across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
