Product Specifications
Lakeview offers two shades, dark grey and light grey, in a 7″ x 48″ vinyl plank from the Ultimate collection by Grandeur. The construction is 5.0 mm LVT, glued down across the whole subfloor. That method suits condos where you want a quiet, planted feel instead of the slight movement a floating floor can have. Its 28 mil wear layer is sized for family traffic, pets and kitchen chairs. Lakeview can go on, above or below grade. Glue-down vinyl needs a smooth base, so we prepare the subfloor first. A box holds 23.36 sq ft and weighs 41 lbs. Warranty terms: 15 years residential, 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lakeview across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
