Lakeshore Blvd Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

Lakeshore Blvd is listed in taupe, brown and dark grey, a darker mix that hides tracked-in dirt better than a pale floor. It is a 5.0 mm LVT plank from the Ultimate collection by Grandeur, measuring 7″ x 48″. The planks are glued down, bonding to the subfloor for a stable floor in entryways, mudrooms and rooms with heavy furniture. A 0.7 mm (28 mil) wear layer protects the surface. It is rated on, above or below grade, so it can run through a lower level too. We check that the subfloor is flat and sound before gluing. Expect 23.36 sq ft in each 41 lb box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lakeshore Blvd across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
