Summer Wharf Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

Summer Wharf is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank in natural, blonde and beige, part of Grandeur's Ultimate collection. Planks are 7″ x 48″ and 5.0 mm thick. A 28 mil wear layer, the same as 0.7 mm, protects the printed surface in hallways and family rooms. Gluing the planks to the subfloor keeps them from moving and gives a solid, quiet step, which people in condos tend to appreciate. It is approved on, above or below grade. Thin vinyl shows every flaw beneath it, so we prep and flatten the subfloor before laying. Each box covers 23.36 sq ft, backed by 10 years of commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Summer Wharf across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
