Pier 17 Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

Pier 17 is part of the Ultimate collection by Grandeur and comes in brown and reddish colours. It is a 5.0 mm luxury vinyl plank, 7″ wide and 48″ long, glued to the subfloor. That fixed installation is useful with rolling loads, such as a home office or a kitchen with bar stools. On top sits 0.7 mm of wear layer, listed as 28 mil. Pier 17 can be installed on, above or below grade. Adhesive needs a level, clean surface, so our installers prep the subfloor first. Boxes cover 23.36 sq ft and weigh 41 lbs, and Grandeur's limited warranty runs 15 yr residential and 10 yr commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Pier 17 across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
