Skyline Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

Skyline comes in light grey and is sized as a 12″ x 24″ tile rather than a plank. It belongs to Grandeur's Ultimate line of LVT, short for luxury vinyl tile, and measures 5.0 mm thick with a 0.7 mm wear layer on top. Because Skyline is fully glued to the floor below, it feels solid underfoot and will not shift in a busy hallway or small shop. Installation is approved on, above or below grade. We make sure the subfloor is flat and clean first, since bumps would show through a thin tile. Plan on 20.02 sq ft per box and 15 years of residential warranty coverage. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Skyline across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
